Al-Nafees Company was established in Baghdad according to the Companies Law No. 21 for the year 1997 . The mixture of experience , material and technical abilities produced the valuable and competitive standing of Al-Nafees Company among the companies, and Al-Nafees Company is considered one of the distinguished Iraqi companies in the field of constructional works, especially the field of roads , implementation of irrigation and reclamation projects.

The company also has engineering, technical and administrative staffs of high experience in the field of implementation the construction, building, projects design , electrical works, mechanical works and they have experience in project management. This experience came as a result of working and practicing for a long time extending to 10 years. And the company implemented major projects belonging to the Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Construction and Housing in addition to the Mayoralty of Baghdad and different Iraqi governorates and Kurdistan Region.

Company CEO

Achievement is a master key in the life of the Managing Director. After excelling in his studies and obtaining Business Management Degree, he proceeded in his professional career, as he practiced a number of real estate and investment activities, and the management of many construction projects. He started his career as one of the founding members of Al-Nafees Company for General Contracting Ltd. in 2004.

The past years witnessed that the Managing Director sharpened his administrative power and moved from one success to another, especially after being elected by the Board of Directors, since the founding meeting, to be the Managing Director of company, and his leadership skills led him to be the team leader and continued to build a brilliant career course with distinction thru obtaining a number of rewards of appreciation in his field of work, along with that the Managing Director continued to feed his knowledge of law by gaining practical understanding of many specializations in the field of commercial law.

The Managing Director succeeded in managing the company based on systematic planning to upgrade the state of company and develop it, where he amended the capital (3,000,000) Three Million Dinars upon incorporation on 29/3/2004 fourth grade/Constructional to (753,000,000) Seven Hundred and Fifty Three Million Dinars) in 2007 thru the capital of (3,000,000,000) Three Billion Dinars within three years in 2010, Second Grade/Constructional, Fifth Grade/Electrical and finally the capital of (5,000,000,000) Five Billion Dinars, Second Grade/Constructional, Fifth Grade/Electrical, but this is not the goal while we are seeking to proceed thru implementing giant, pioneering and investment projects, which he translated into adding the activity of constructional industries and the establishment of asphalt and concrete factories.
